William “Lil Bill” Hendrickson of Jonesburg, MO, passed away on Tuesday, August 18,
2026. He was born on March 26, 1965, to the late Bill and Brenda (nee Gammel)
Hendrickson.
Beloved brother of Lori (Fredrick, who was nicknamed by Lil Bill as Fredwick) Huggs.
He was a loving uncle to many nieces and nephews, a brother-in-law, cousin, and dear
friend.
Lil Bill was a loving and special person who brought joy to everyone around him.
Growing up, he enjoyed watching Sesame Street and Mr. Rogers. He loved swimming,
singing, clapping, and spending time outdoors.
He had a special love for food, especially red sauce pasta. His all-time favorite meal
was spaghetti followed by chocolate cake, a combination that always brought him
happiness.
Later in life, he enjoyed watching The Carol Burnett Show, bringing laughter and smiles
to his days. He worked at the Warren County Shelter Workshop and spent time at the
Warren County Day Program, where he was known for giving the best high-fives and
hugs. His warm heart and loving personality touched so many people.
He will be remembered for his joyful spirit, love, and laughter. He was loved by many
and left a special mark on everyone who knew him. He was a genuine soul who
radiated happiness to everyone.
He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
A celebration of Life will be on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at 11 AM at Lil Bill’s house.
