Billy was a great husband and father and was known for his sense of humor. He loved his video games and the St. Louis Blues.
Memorial Visitation Saturday, September 5, 2:00 p.m. until memorial service at 4:30 p.m. at HUTCHENS Mortuary, 675 Graham Rd. (Florissant). In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to National Alliance of Mental Illness (NAMI).
