Rick A. Hildreth of Caseyville, IL born on 4/22/1955 passed away on 9/12/2023 at the age of 68 years old. He was surrounded by his loved ones until the very end. Rick was a loving son, husband, pawpaw, and father. He was a U.S Army veteran who proudly served his country and had many stories to share. Before officially retiring, he worked a lengthy career in auto mechanics. His passion was working as a diesel mechanic. He was a jack of all trades and would always help anyone who needed it. Everyone who knew him, knew that he was always a person you could count on no matter what it was. He loved his wife, kids, and his many grandchildren.
Preceded in death by Mother Louise V. Hildreth (Topal) and Father Louis. Brothers Billy, Bobby, Gary, Gerald, Donnie and Larry Hildreth.
Survived by his Wife Brenda K. Hildreth (Stone) of Caseyville, IL and children, Michael Shively of Belleville, IL, Kim (Tim) Reed of Granite City, IL, Sharon Hildreth of Granite City, IL, April Mcfarland of Granite City, IL, Kenneth Mcfarland of Granite City, IL, Pamela Stone of Skokie, IL, Angie Hildreth (Dani Brown) of Dexter, ME, Andrew Hildreth (Destiney Fenton) of Collinsville, IL, Jeremy Hildreth of Caseyville, IL, and Aaron Walton of Grafton, IL. Grandchildren Madison, Emmalyn, Luke, Hannah, Ciara, Kendra, Michael, Cheyenne, Savannah, Kendon, Jden, Brittany, Nathan, Elizabeth, Kaitlyn, Brendan, Jori, Kelsey, and Landon and several great grandchildren.
