Lawrence was born on July 22, 1933, in Iroquois County, Illinois.
Loving Husband of the late Carol (nee Blanchard) Lankston for nearly 69 wonderful years; cherished father of David, Larry and Robert Lankston; loving brother of Shirley (nee Lankston) Irion; dear grandfather, great grandfather, cousin, nephew, and friend of many.
He will be fondly remembered and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Lawrence was preceded in death by his father Lawrence, his mother Emma and his son Richard Lankston.
