Kevin Jack Gibbs, 62, of St. Charles, MO, passed away peacefully at his home on October 30, 2022 with the love of his life, his wife Faith, by his side.
Kevin was born on February 14, 1960 to Jack and Evangeline Gibbs in St. Louis, MO. As a child, Kevin was a talented athlete and was the star pitcher for his traveling little league baseball team. Shoulder surgery benched him at a young age but he never stopped loving the game. He was a devoted Cardinals fan his entire life. Kevin graduated from Lindbergh High School in 1978. His strong faith in God carried him through life’s struggles. Ever the optimist, Kevin often said, “Everything is going to be okay.” Inspirational words for us all.
Kevin is survived by his wife, Faith, daughter Meagan (John) Halbauer, 3 grandchildren Kelsey, Addison and John IV, sister Elizabeth (Lyle) Speciale, nephew Evan and niece Emma.
