Roff (Yockey), Jean S. (nee Sperry) met Jesus on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at the age of 90. Beloved daughter of the late Bill and Ella Sperry. Loving mother of Thomas E. Yockey Jr., Melody (Thad) Aber, and the late Tara Curia. Dear mother-in-law of Brent Curia. Dear sister of Richard (Glenda) Sperry and the late James (Doris) Sperry. Loving Mama Jean of Vanessa & Marissa Curia, and Cole, Thad Jr., and Lennox Aber. Cherished Great Mama Jean of Jasmine Curia. Also preceded in death by beloved husbands Tom Yockey Sr. and Freeman Roff as well as her treasured Chinese pug Winston Abbott “Abby”. Our loving stepmother, aunt, cousin, friend and mentor to many.

She loved to travel and has seen many sights all over the US and around the world, coming up just shy of seeing all 50 states, only missing Alaska and Idaho. She had an artistic side and in addition to learning calligraphy, also loved expressing her creativity through ceramics. She enjoyed her plants, flowers, and gardening. Most of all she loved people and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Celebration of life will be held June 12^th, 2021 at 1:00pm at Florissant Presbyterian Church, where she was a member for over 50 years, and welcomed and hugged anyone who came through the doors as an official greeter.

Jean’s family would like to express our extreme gratitude and appreciation to the staffs of Garden Villas North, NHC Maryland Heights, and Heartland Hospice for the endless care and compassion they showed to her in her last months. They would also like to ask that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Jean’s memory to Wounded Warriors and Florissant Presbyterian Church
