James E. King passed away on Sunday, November 17, 2019 at the age of 64. Beloved son of the late Newell and Ellen (nee: Buck) King and foster son of the late Don and Arlene Albin; loving husband of 39 years to Janice Catherine (nee: Falter) King; dear father of Jeremy James King and wife Jessica, Dr. Megan Catherine King-Brown and husband Roman, Lauren Cyrena Britt and husband Jamie; cherished PaPa of Alexander James King, Murphy Joseph Britt, Turner Patrick Britt; dear brother of Anita DeCoste and late husband Curt, Wayne King and wife Sarah, Linda Hoeks and husband Steve, Glenn King and wife Maria Laporte, Dr. Joyce King and husband Dr. Glenn Treisman, Paul King and wife Enka, and Newell King and wife Lana; son-in-law, brother-in-law, uncle, godfather, and friend to many.
Jim loved the outdoors, listening to his extensive vinyl collection and discovering new music, and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He was a jack of all trades and could fix most anything, duct tape optional.
A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2019 from 9:00 am until a Memorial service at 11:00 am at Holy Rosary Catholic Church 724 East Main Street, Warrenton.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations are preferred to the Missouri Conservation Department.
