Frank W. Hanus passed away on Saturday, January 25, 2020 at the age of 61. Frank was born on August 6, 1958 and was the son of the late Frank P. Hanus and the late Marie Stella (Greeley) Hanus. Frank graduated from Cleveland High School in South St. Louis in 1977. Frank enjoyed spending time with his friends and spending time on Facebook. He had a great heart and would help anyone who truly needed it. Frank was a good friend to many, especially David Laubenthal, Nathan Roberts, Mary Roberts, and Charles Roberts. Frank will truly be missed by all. Frank had this quote in his house for decades, and it captures his cheerfulness, positivity, and good will towards all. “A smile costs nothing, but creates much. It happens in a flash, but the memory of it lasts forever. It cannot be begged, borrowed nor stolen, but it is of no earthly good to anyone until it is given away. So, if in your hurry you meet someone who is too weary to smile, leave one of yours, for no one needs a smile quite as much as he who has none to give.”
All services for Frank W. Hanus will be held at a later date.
