Dorothy “Dotty” Vincent of O’Fallon MO, passed away on February 19th, 2023. She was born November 8, 1939 to Doc and Edna Hibbeler. She was the loving mother of Doug (Terry) Emge, Bryan Emge, Kim (Vince) Scola, and Leslie Emge. There are 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren .
Dotty enjoyed dancing, traveling, going to garage sales, collecting owls, playing cards, but most of all she loved her family with some burnt hotdogs. She will be missed by all that knew her.
Thank you all for the prayers. The family will be having a celebration of life at a later date.
