Dan Rushing, 63, born 9/23/56 in Granite City, IL, died, 8/14/2020 at Integrity Health Care in Alton after a lengthy illness. A 1974 graduate of Granite City H.S., Dan enjoyed following the Cardinals, watching old movies, and playing Fantasy Baseball with his brother and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Rushing. Dan is survived by his mother, Dorothy Rushing Strain, and brothers Tom Rushing (Sandie,) Gary Rushing(Colleen,) Dave Rushing (Mary Jane,) and John Rushing (EllenStimson.) Dan was loved and will be missed by many nephews, nieces and friends. A member of St Cecelia Catholic Church, of Glen Carbon, a private, family memorial service will be held.
