Brenda Christine Doyle

Brenda C. Doyle, 76, of Cedar Hill, Mo, passed away peacefully on August 10, 2025. She
was born on April 13, 1949, to Jack Thompson Sr. and Virginia Thompson, who preceded
her in death. Brenda will be remembered for her bubbly personality, her infectious laugh, and the joy she
brought to those around her. A devoted mother, she adored her daughter, Elizabeth
Winterbottom-Willis, and was endlessly proud of the woman she became.

Brenda was a hard worker who truly enjoyed her job, not just for the work itself, but for the
close friendships she formed along the way. She loved being around people, sharing
laughter, and brightening the day of everyone she met. She especially loved nothing more
than to sit and talk for hours about anything and everything, pondering life’s mysteries with
those she loved.

She is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth Winterbottom-Willis (Billy), and her siblings,
Charion Buffa, Jack Thompson Jr. (Deb), Debra Thompson, Diana Harte (John), and Michael
Thompson (Tina), and many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends, and
of course her beloved dog Cinnamon, who will forever cherish her memory.

Brenda’s life will be celebrated on Saturday, October 11, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
at Oak Valley Golf Course and Resort, pavilion #1. located at 1230 Abbey Ln., Pevely,
MO 63070. Her family invites all who knew her to join in honoring her life and sharing
stories of the joy she spread.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you remember Brenda by sharing laughter, kindness,
and a good conversation, just as she always did.
