Andrew Joseph Ferris, passed away Sunday, August 30th, 2026 at the age of 38. Andy is the beloved son of the late Jerry and Mary (Nee Napoli) Ferris. Loving nephew of Kathy Davis (Nee Napoli), Barb Napoli and the late Linda Reeves (Nee Napoli). Andrew was a loving cousin, and friend to many.

Andrew was a Sergeant in the US Marine Corps and a proud veteran. During his time in the service, he worked as an exceptionally skilled helicopter mechanic. Andrew’s service was a defining factor in his life and he built many relationships over the years with other veterans, particularly aiding those who struggled with PTSD. Andrew was always willing to help others and give of himself. He was funny, endearing and compassionate- exactly the type of soldier you would want by your side. He had a wonderful group of friends whom he kept close all his life. Andrew was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by those who had the joy to know him.

A Service for Andrew will be held at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery on Monday, September 28th at 10:30am. Friends are invited to gather at Jefferson Barracks at 10:15am, behind the administrative office. Services will conclude with full military honors.
