Dorinda (Burt) Day, a life long resident of St. Louis, Missouri, passed away while caring for a friend, something she loved doing.
Born and raised in St. Louis, she lived her life fulfilling her passion, while spreading joy to everyone she came in contact with. She was a proud supporter of anything her family and friends wanted to do. She also loved to dance, she was the life of the party. She was a wife and a mother and had an impressive career as a hospice nurse. Dorinda has now joined her mother, Ruby Burt and father Raymond Burt who preceded her in death. She has two sister that preceded her in death, Francine Burt and Rochelle Burt.
She leaves to cherish a legacy of love to her children, Charmin Burt, Raytasha Burt, Carlos Day, Latasha Daniels, Terrell Day, Michelle Burt and Montell Burt. Dorinda was the proud grandmother to Rayon Lovett, Chaz Lovett, Deronnah Lovett, Omanion Lovett, Zachariah Day, Dwight Daniels III, Heavenly Daniels, Hakeem Daniels, Carmelo Daniels, Diora Daniels, and Dakota Daniels.
Her Memory lives on in her siblings as well Nikita Burt, Angelique Burt and Raymond Burt II all live in love from Dorinda.
Dorinda will be remembered for the love she gave to her family and friends. She was loved by all and will truly be missed.
