Robert “Bob” Riffel, passed away Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at the age of 83. Bob is survived by his wife, Rose Marie Riffel, his loving children, Mike (Karen) Riffel, John (Annie) Riffel, and  Michelle (Mike) Holtmeyer (Nee Riffel). Bob is also survived by his seven grandchildren, Kelsey (Alex) Kleinheider, Hannah (Gary) Bales, Nicholas Grimm, Abbie (Trey) Dirickson, Kyle Riffel, Casey Sullivan and Justin Sickmeier, as well as four great-grandchildren, Lyla and Iris Bales, Grayson Kleinheider and Olivia Dirickson (due July 2021) as well as his dear brother Karl Riffel. Bob was a beloved in-law, uncle and friend to many.

He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Karl and Mary Riffel, and his sister in law, Nan Riffel.

Family meant everything to Bob. He was a fun-loving, easy going, generous man who never met a stranger. He will be immensely missed by all.

A memorial service will be held for Bob on February 8, 2021 at 11:30 AM at St. Bridget of Kildare Church in Pacific, MO. Private Burial to follow at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.

RIP Bob Riffel. I worked with Bob at Bakers Standard when I was in high school. Bob was like the pied piper. Every kid in town knew him and loved him. He would do minor repairs on kids cars and would refuse to take any type of payment. Such a good man. Anyone who knew him , loved him. Prayers to the Riffel family and friends.
