Gary Joseph Brown, 77 years old, from Florissant MO., Departed surrounded by his daughters,
July 30, 2025 at Delmar Gardens in Chesterfield, MO.
Gary was born July 20, 1948 to Claude and Georgia Brown of Florissant Missouri. He was
brother to Kathy (Tom), Skip (Joann), Terry, Chris (Allen), and Greg. He attended Our Lady of
Fatima, Aquinas Mercy and graduated from McCluer High school. He was an over the road truck
driver most of his life and owned Brown’s PKG Liquor in Florissant for several years with ex-wife
Lori Brown. Gary enjoyed keeping up with current events and was passionate about politics.
Gary was a loyal man with a big heart. Family meant everything to him. He was a very proud
father and grandfather. He leaves behind his three daughters Corine (Andy), Terry (Josh), Carli
and eight grandchildren Branden, Aidan, Alex, Sidney, Broedy, Samantha, Charlie and Blake.
Gary will be remembered for his sense of humor, love of family, protective nature and
generosity. In his best days you’d likely find him in a flannel shirt with cut off sleeves, blue jeans,
a cowboy hat and boots driving a big truck. He enjoyed holidays and always loved giving more
than receiving. His grandchildren will remember him fondly every Christmas, waking them in
the middle of the night, ringing bells and dressed from head to toe as Santa Claus, placing
presents under the tree. A tradition he created with his own girls, nieces and nephews. Gary left
his family with many great memories and a lot of love. He will be greatly missed.
