Dianne Elizabeth Stanfield, born on July 22, 1955, passed away on February 19, 2025, surrounded by her extended and loving family. She was a cherished mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend whose warmth and kindness left a lasting impact on all who knew her.
Dianne was preceded in death by her parents, Joan Alice Rollhaus (nee Trowbridge) and Edgar Lee Stanfield, as well as her stepfather, Phillip Rollhaus and many others from her large family.
She leaves behind a devoted family who will forever treasure her memory: her dear children, Angela (Alex) and John. Her three grandsons, her siblings Jacquelyn (Michael), Victoria, William, Edward (Pam), and Lisa (Garrett), as well as numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and countless friends who were touched by her love and generosity.
Dianne was a dedicated school bus driver, known for her unwavering commitment to the children she transported who she treated as family. A fiercely independent woman, she raised two children on her own demonstrating immense strength and resilience throughout her life.
She had an extraordinary gift for making people feel special, always remembering birthdays and holidays, ensuring no one ever felt forgotten. Her remarkable memory and heartfelt phone calls brightened the days of SO many. Dianne’s favorites included Pepsi, St. Louis Cardinals baseball, playing games, and how can we ever forget; her love of lottery tickets. But, spending time with her loved ones was something she truly treasured. Dianne was unapologetically herself, bringing joy and laughter to those around her with her sharp wit and genuine personality.
Her love, laughter, and selflessness will be deeply missed but never forgotten. May she rest in peace, forever in our hearts.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Dianne’s honor to help her family.
