I met Dave 14 years ago at the 2006 Sturgis rally, we all set up camp together at Hog Heaven campground. Although I never made it back, Dave continued to go and meet up with Dan Ronnow, who he is standing next to in this picture. It was so much fun seeing their photos, hearing their stories, and keeping in touch over the years. I wish now I had made the time to meet them in Sturgis once more. Dave was such a wonderful funny man, with a huge heart. He will be greatly missed. All my prayers and sympathy to his family. Jennifer Scott

I enjoyed working with Dave at Meramec Bluffs. Especially when we started the roll out of the new phone system. We had a few good laughs sharing our frustrations. (I am NOT an IT person, just someone who wanted success for the new system.) Dave has been in my daily prayers from the moment I was told he was on medical leave. And in the past month, he was 'on my heart' very strongly and I regret not calling him a few months ago. Rest easy Dave, for you are now soaring with the angels in the presence of Creator! Miss you big guy!

Your life was too short, David. You were a crazy and wonderful little brother to Lynn. Whenever the weather outside is cloudy, I’ll picture you revving up and driving your Harley across the sky.
