Carroll C. Miller went to eternal peace on June 18, 2021, at the home of her daughter in Glen Carbon, IL. She resided in Glen Carbon for over 16 years. She was born Carroll Lehr in Allentown, PA, on July 15, 1940 to Elmer and Lucretia Pearl (Appleton) Lehr. She was preceded in death by her husband, Pastor Forrest Miller. He was the pastor at United Church of Christ Coplay from 1984 to 1988. He was the pastor of Hope United Church of Christ, Wind Gap, PA, until 1984. She and her husband owned and operated the Slate Belt Public Nursery School and Daycare Center, Wind Gap, PA, from 1969 to 1988. She later worked for A&H Swimwear. She was a member of Forks United Church of Christ, Stockertown, PA. Survivors are daughters, Rebecca of Glen Carbon, IL, and Christine of Pottsville, PA; sisters, Emily Danner of East Texas, Marjorie Iley of Bethlehem, Betty Mai of Lower Macungie, Lucretia (Cookie) Kristofik and her husband, Bud, of Bethlehem. Granddaughters, Brianna, Jostalynn, Carrollynn and Maggie, Great-grandchild, Emmie. Preceded in death by siblings, Ralph S., Raymond, Ronnie, Robert , Roger, Jean Donmoyer and Etta Miller.
