Angela “Angie” Sue Monko, 56, passed away unexpectedly on May 20, 2026, leaving behind a family, circle of friends, and community who loved her deeply.
She is survived by her husband, Steve Monko; her parents, Linda Pike (née Eller) and Alex L. Radae; her brothers, Alex J. Radae (Theresa) and Shaun Radae (Cassie); her daughter, Chelsea Dickinson; her nieces, Sara Radae and Megan (Matt) Walsh (née Radae); her nephew, Logan Radae; Uncle Fred (Brenda) Radae; Aunt Barbara (Donald) Coalson (née Eller); Uncle Harold (Susan) Eller; Aunt Ida Mae (Zane) Dudley (née Eller); and several cousins.
Angie was preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Madeleine Reynolds, whose memory she carried with her every day; her grandparents, Alex and Thelma Radae (née Jones) and Wilbert and Ida Eller (née Ficarro); her Aunt Elaine Radae; and her Uncle Raymond Radae.
Known for her intelligence, determination, and compassionate heart, Angie excelled academically, earning her degree in Accounting from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and becoming a CPA. After a successful career in accounting, she followed her passion for helping others and founded Harmony Harbor Coaching. As a life and women’s empowerment coach, she dedicated her life to encouraging others to heal, grow, and embrace their authentic selves. Her compassion, wisdom, and gift for helping people see their own strength touched countless lives.
The sudden loss of Angie has left those who knew and loved her heartbroken. She will be remembered for her uplifting presence, caring heart, and the lasting impact she made on so many lives.
A private family memorial service will be held on June 20, 2026. A Celebration of Life in the St. Louis area will be announced at a later date.
